Prime Location
Seven minutes downhill on foot and you are on Platis Gialos, one of the calmest, longest sandy beaches on Sifnos: south-facing, with calm, clear water and tavernas right on the sand. Apollonia, the island's capital, is about 10 minutes away by car.

How the house actually gets used, from the first coffee to the last glass.
Morning: coffee on the terrace
The sun reaches the pool terrace early. Someone sets the De'Longhi going for the first cappuccinos, the others surface slowly, and the first swim happens before breakfast is on the table.
Midday: everyone around the pool
The pool is the centre of the day. Loungers in the sun, shade under the cabanas, music low at the bar. Nobody has to leave, so nobody does.
Late afternoon: down to the beach
When the heat softens, walk the seven minutes down to Platis Gialos for a swim and a drink at the tavernas on the sand. The walk home is uphill, but short.
Evening: dinner outside
Dinner happens on the terrace, cooked by you or by a chef Elena can recommend. The bay goes quiet, the lights come on across the water, and nobody checks the time.
