What does booking direct actually mean here?

You reserve through Villa Olivia Clara's own booking system rather than a third-party listing. The confirmation comes from Elena, and she is who you contact before, during and after your stay.

Is it cheaper than booking elsewhere?

The rates on this site are the published rates for the villa. We don't run a discount against other channels. What direct gives you is the owner's attention, dates held while you decide, and one person accountable from enquiry to checkout. If your dates are flexible or your stay is long, tell Elena and she'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Is paying on this site secure?

Payment is handled by our booking partner's secure checkout, with card payments processed by Viva. Bank transfer is also available. Villa Olivia Clara never sees or stores your card details.

What if my plans change?

Cancel up to 60 days before arrival for a full refund. Inside that window, message Elena — she would far rather help you move dates than leave you with nothing.
